Valley Medical Services
Medical Services are available at Valley Medical Center and Clinics (may be used for children prior to the receipt of the Medi-Cal cards).

Valley Medical Clinic Services:
Nine outpatient clinics are located throughout the county. Non-urgent appointments are available Monday through Friday. Pediatric Urgent care services are available seven days a week and every evening except Sunday. Advice Nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call for all appointments.
When you make an appointment:
Inform the provider that the child has been approved for Medi-Cal and you are waiting for the Medi-Cal card. Ask the provider to code the visit “pending Medi-Cal” so you won’t be billed. If you receive a bill in error, call the Valley Medical Center Business Office and inform them Medi-Cal is pending. When you receive the Medi-Cal card, notify the Valley Medical Center Business Office
